Application
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues, while recognising and valuing individual differences and understanding inclusive work practices.
This unit applies to those working in a diverse workgroup and interacting with others including external clients or stakeholders.
Those undertaking this unit work independently or as part of a team where support is available for more complex situations, performing routine tasks in a range familiar of contexts.
The skills in this unit must be applied in accordance with Commonwealth and State or Territory legislation, Australian standards and industry codes of practice.
No occupational licensing, certification or specific legislative requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.

What can you do with our SCORM package?
