This unit applies to all retail sectors and business sizes from large format stores to small independents. It applies to retail personnel at all levels who play a role in engaging with customers with the purpose of selling.

What can you do with our SCORM package?

With the SCORM file, you can upload our courses directly into your own LMS or a SCORM editing application. They are fully formatted and sequenced for your convenience – you can edit them, and add activities and other interactive resources to your version of the unit.

Please note: these SCORM files don't have any activities in them. They are for RTOs wanting to use their own assessments.
